I am sore!!!

So I decided this week I was going to go on a fitness kick to really tone up!  I looked at the gym class schedule and the yoga schedule and dance class schedule...(yes i really like group fitness :) )  I created a schedule for seven days and I promised I would stick to it!  I did yoga monday , ballet tuesday, kick box wednesday, i wanted to die by thursday , more yoga friday, step class saturday, and zumba on Sunday!!! So now i feel like i need to live in an epsom salt bath for another seven days... but... I feel super proud of myself that i stuck to my plan.  I did eat alot of cookies though shhh dont tell anyone ( i felt i deserved them lol) Normally I work out three days a week so i was pretty stoked about my little fitness challeng. Lets see what i can come up with for next week!
